SHIPPING: We ship worldwide from the UK. For the UK, if you would like your order dispatched Next Working Day Delivery, please order before 12 noon and select 'Next Day Delivery' at checkout.
All International orders are sent International Tracked DDP. Express delivery takes between 2-5 days and Standard delivery, during peak trading periods, can take up to 14 days.
* Please note, couriers do not collect nor do they deliver over UK public bank holidays.
As soon as your order has been processed you will receive tracking confirmation via your registered email.
Should you have any problems regarding deliveries please email our team at hello@toastiekids.com and we will assist.
*Please note we will take Christmas shipping and gifting times into consideration with dates of returns. Please contact us by email to register the exchange or return at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to oblige.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: For orders placed before 3pm, we will endeavour to ship orders on the same day as purchase. To change or cancel an order, or amend a postal address, please contact us immediately at hello@toastiekids.com and we will endeavour to make any relevant updates prior to shipping.
ADDING PRODUCTS TO A PROCESSED ORDER: We regret that you cannot amend an order to increase the number of products ordered, instead we recommend that you place an additional order and provided your previous order has not yet shipped, you can contact the team who will remove the postage costs from your additional order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE: Please see 'Refund' section in Footer. For any exchange enquiries please email hello@toastiekids.com who will assist.
PRELOVED: Items purchased from Preloved are non-refundable, however can be exchanged for another product or store credit note. If you have any queries please contact preloved@toastiekids.com
PROMOTIONAL CODES: You will be given the option to enter Discount Code at checkout. The total amount will then be re-calculated and the final amount to be paid will be shown, as well as the amount deducted. Should you encounter any problems, please contact Töastie customer service at hello@toastiekids.com and they will happily assist.
