How can I track my order?

When you place a new order, you will receive an automatic email with your order reference and details on the items purchased.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a further email which will include a tracking link to the courier you selected.

All customer service emails, including automated order and shipping confirmation, are sent from hello@toastiekids.com. Please always check your junk folder in case they have been delivered there in error.

I need help with sizing

I would like to return a product

We offer a no quibble, 30 day returns policy, asking only that items be returned to us in their original condition, unworn with tags to us at the following address:

UK Customers: To achieve the greatest value from your return or exchange, please register via our online portal.

International Customers: Please email hello@toastiekids.com with details of your return or exchange and the team will help to organise this for you.

Items are returned to us at the customer's own cost, unless the product is faulty in which case we will share a returns label with you.

How do I sell my Töastie preloved items?

ou can now give another Tiny Explorer the opportunity to experience their own wonderful adventures in your best loved Töastie.

If you feel your items are beyond repair, we still want to bring them home and we will promise to give them a beautiful new life.
