As much as we love jumping on a flight to the tropics and being rocked gently to the rhythm of the waves on a far flung island for a week or two, we also LOVE a Staycation! It is the perfect opportunity to come together as a family and spend time away from the myriad of usual distractions; work, screens, life ~ get outdoors while you can, be in nature, revel in the simplicity of life.
Staycations give us this opportunity to be home ... whilst the disconnect from the treadmill leaves us feeling adequately away from home! And do you know what makes for a GREAT staycation?! Just a little bit of wardrobe prepping.
Now, something that Brits regularly contemplate is the weather. This is really down to the fact that we are no strangers to experiencing four seasons in one day. The weather can change in the blink of an eye and as such, we like to be prepared .. mentally, phsyically and tangibly!
